Thuis ga je er 45 minuten per dag mee aan de slag. Het vergt dus wat oefening maar daar krijg je ook veel voor terug. Gedurende de training kun je onder andere meditatie-oefeningen en af en toe lichte yoga oefeningen verwachten.
